WHOLESALE TERMS & INFO
Greeting cards and notecards measure 5.5 in. x 4.25 in. and gift enclosures 3.25 in. x 2 in. Greeting cards are blank inside unless otherwise note and single cards are packaged in clear biodegradable plastic sleeves with matching envelopes. Boxed sets are packaged in clear boxes.
At Porcupine Hugs we love all things nature so all cards are printed on recycled paper and paired with envelopes that are also made from recycled paper.
Orders can be made by emailing email@example.com, through our Etsy Wholesale account, or by calling 646-239-1509 Monday through Friday 9 am-6 pm EST. If you are a new account, please provide us with your store name, website address, resale license number, and contact information for prior approval. We require credit card payment for opening orders. You can pay by credit card, company checks (made payable to Porcupine Hugs, LLC), or NET 30 terms upon our approval thereafter. All electronic payments will be processed securely. Late payments are subject to 2% monthly compounded fee.
Minimum opening order is $150, with shipping and handling added after. Minimum on reorders is $100.
ASAP orders are shipped within 7-10 business days from the time of order, unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking.
Products damaged during shipment must be reported and returned to us within 20 days of receipt of shipment.
